Not thinking this through
The City of Oakland has decided to charge $2.00/hour parking for the Grand Lake Farmer’s Market. Almost guaranteeing that the number of people who come to the market will go down. Thereby insuring that a vibrant meeting place for the community will decline. Which means that there will be many fewer people parking there.
